Price it right.
Move it faster.

If you run a thrift store, manage liquidations, or flip inventory at any scale — you already know the bottleneck. It's not sourcing. It's pricing. Every item that sits unpriced is capital stuck on a shelf. TurnOver gives you a fast, reliable way to value what you're looking at and decide where it should go next.

We built a system of 14 specialist prompt modules organized along the same category lines used by professional appraisal bodies — then tuned each one for the realities of secondhand market resale in 2026. Three AI companies investigate every item independently. The result is a consensus value range backed by real sold data, not a guess.

How It Works

Three companies. One honest answer.

Photograph an item and three leading AI systems go to work independently. Google identifies what you're looking at — brand, model, category. OpenAI searches the live web for recent sales, auction results, and current dealer prices. Anthropic performs a forensic examination — checking visible markings, flaws, and authenticity indicators — then cross-references against verified eBay sold listings.

Only after all three investigations complete does TurnOver synthesize the findings into one consensus value range, backed by real URLs you can check yourself. We call this MMFA™ — Multi-Model Forensic Analysis. For a reseller processing dozens of items a day, it replaces the guesswork that slows everything down.

Marketplace Routing

A neutral hub — not a storefront

TurnOver doesn't sell anything. We value items and then connect users to the platform best suited for what they have — eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, Reverb, 1stDibs, Chairish, StockX, and dozens more. We intend to build affiliate links with every available platform we route to, and we're transparent about that.

But the routing comes first. We recommend a platform because it's the right fit for that item and that seller — not because of a commission structure. If a platform doesn't serve the user well, it doesn't get recommended. That neutrality is what makes the recommendations worth following, and it's what makes us a reliable source of informed, ready-to-list sellers for marketplace partners.

At Scale

Built for volume, not just one-offs

The consumer app handles one item at a time. But if you're running a shop, managing an estate cleanout, or processing daily intake — you need batch capability. The enterprise tier is designed for that: bulk processing, exportable reports, and the same MMFA™ accuracy applied to hundreds of items without slowing down.

A 200-item estate that takes a week with spreadsheets and manual comps takes an afternoon with TurnOver. That's the difference between profitable liquidation and leaving money on the table.

The 14 Categories

Custom prompts tuned for how things actually sell

We didn't build one generic prompt and call it done. We organized 14 specialist modules along the category lines used by professional appraisal bodies like the ASA and ISA — then tuned each one for the specifics of secondhand resale: what platforms pay for this category, what condition markers matter, what authenticity signals to look for, and what the actual sold comps say.

A watch gets evaluated differently than a trading card. Furniture gets different forensics than electronics. That's the point — and it's why the valuations hold up when you go to list.

Who this is for

Thrift Stores

Price your floor faster. Catch the high-value pieces hiding in donations before they go out at $5. Know what to feature and what to bundle.

Liquidation Pros

Estate cleanouts, storage unit auctions, business closures. Process a full inventory in hours with defensible valuations and clear routing.

Resellers & Flippers

Source faster, price on first pass, route to the right platform without second-guessing. Scale your volume without adding overhead.

Consignment Shops

Set fair consignment rates backed by real market data. Give consignors confidence in your pricing. Move inventory to the channel that pays best.

Marketplace Partners

We send sellers who already know what they have and what it's worth. They've chosen your platform because it fits their item. Higher conversion, realistic pricing, fewer abandoned listings.

Auction Houses

Rapid cataloging with AI-assisted lot descriptions and pre-sale estimates. Regional houses get technology previously available only at the top tier.

Affiliate Partners

What we're building toward

We intend to establish affiliate relationships with every marketplace platform we route users to. That's the business model — and we're upfront about it. FTC-compliant disclosure will be built into every recommendation from day one.

What that means for platforms: TurnOver delivers sellers who arrive informed, priced realistically, and matched to your category strengths. We're currently onboarding partners and building out these links. If you run a marketplace or resale platform, this is a good time to get in early.
